William A. Hancock
William A. Hancock is the President and Broker of Webb Properties, Inc. Licensed in Georgia and Florida since 1989, Hancock was named President and Broker of the company in 2001 after serving for several years as Vice-President. He specializes in commercial investment and site selection part of firm's brokerage. He has advised and developed several retail, office and industrial properties. Hancock graduated with a Bachelor of Science Agriculture in Economics from the University of Georgia in 1987. He is a CCIM designee and has served on the board of Directors of the ALBANY Y.M.C.A. and the Legislative Advocacy with the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of his real estate activity, he is actively involved with the managment of a row crop and wildlfe farm, enjoys endurance running and finding opportunites to connect with positive community projects.

Frank "Bo" Bird IV
Bo Bird is the Market Analyst and licensed Georgia Salesperson for Webb Properties, Inc. Bo completed an internship with Webb Properties during his college career and was brought on full time after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2018. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Albany Rotary Club. Bo has also been selected to participate in the 2019 class of Locate South GeorgiaLEADS developed with support from the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development at the University of Georgia. Outside of the office, Bo enjoys managing his farm for wild quail habitat, offshore fishing, and working on obtaining his pilot's license.

Karla Nichols
Karla Nichols is the Solutions Manager for Webb Properties, Inc. She has a strong accounting, bookkeeping and banking background with 8 years of Consumer, Commercial, and Ag banking and lending experience. She is a Quickbooks Online Certified User. She also handles our Property Management department for Reliable Management Company. Karla has also volunteered as a Big Sister as part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and two daughters.

H. Rhodes Hancock
Rhodes Hancock is the IT Administrator for Webb Properties, Inc. He has a strong background in web design, web development, information security, technical writing, and system administration; having done IT work for the company Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennesee. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Public History. He then got his Masters of Science in Information technology from Kennesaw State University.
